Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely obsessed with your Trixie Cosmetics purchase, but we understand if a product doesn't work out for your routine. We offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in their original, gently used condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original pink mailer or a sturdy box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
