How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by location.
Are Trixie Cosmetics products cruelty-free?
Yes! We are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and we only work with suppliers who uphold the same standards.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to many countries worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
